I am residing in Chennai, i came to Madurai for my sisters daughter marriage on Sunday, I have seen the Advertisement in Dinamalar front page regarding 7Lakhs Independent houses in Madurai Kappalur. Next Day (Monday) i called and visited JS Promoters office in Chinna Chokkikulam, I met The Madam, Chairperson of JS Promoters, She has explained very clearly, I was really impressed the way they have treated me in the office. The JS Avenue Layout is very planned layout, the roads are named 1st main, 2nd main,3rd main and the cross are names A Cross, B Cross and so on. I have purchased 4 houses in JS Avenue from JS Promoters. Best investment place, the place is fall under the Madurai limit, nearly 12Kms from Madurai. Regards Subramanian

    This is Ravi Kumar from Pune I planned to purchased an House in Madurai, regarding i searched and i got some fruitful information through internet. I have called various promoters, builders and developers in Madurai, at last I called JS Promoters through their mobile number 09790020600 at night 11:30PM. Even in the night i cleared all my doubts and my clarifications, they attend the phone very clealy and explained nicely. Next day I visited their chinna chokkikulam office and i met the managing director, he has explained clealry and spent morethan 40-45 minutes with me. i was really impressed and booked the plot without seeing the land area. Then i visited the land, they have develop the land superb, i think this is the first colony in Madurai going to be example for other colonies. Next day i registered my plot in Thiruparangkundram, Now i am free from all unnecessary tension. JS Promoters, is going to launch their villas soon, I wish there services and the work.
