I studied in this school from 1976-1982. Sundara Pandian asked who is the gigantic teacher, his name is Rajamannar, i agree he is a terror, and never encouraged students always discouraged, i'm glad he didn't take science group, i was in commerce/acct. Ramani sir, Thilagavathi teachers good. I still have very good memories and I'm proud that I studied here. cheers to my class mates and friends. Still trying to find some friends in my batch.

I am a US citizen and my wife is Indian We own an apartment at Dhanya - DT-2. In the past 2 years a tenant fixed by promoters office refused to vacate. He was disturbing neigbors also. The young ladies (neigbors) were very scared and requested me to get that guy mobed and place a vegetarian teetotaller there - obviously right. I am associated with number of apartments in India and USA - all single bed as investment - I had faced lot of problems due to wrong bye laws and inadequate experience in facing such scams affecting us as members (flat owners not necessarily an office bearer). While planning the eviction strategy of this tenant with police and legal pundits in chennai and Madurai (we were prepared as he could be armed) and then landed secretly one day in Agrini - Obviously me and my wife had to work in high secracy as we got intelligence that the tenant had support of some people in the soceity (soceity never cut his cooking gas, drinking water, generator and a few other services for non patment for long period - we settled all of them and were treated scantly by the people in office and were evicted under the grounds that we were making noise. They said dont bring police to the office. They gave no support but demoralising us (67 yrs old blood pressure husband - a national Metallurgist award winner and all India entrance rank holder of IIT Chennai 67 batch, and many other awards winner and my wife is who is the fourth generation of Srinivasa Sastiri (I am sorry I have to reveal all this here) - you can imaging how much my wife and me are wounded).The president of the soceity on day 2 evening praised the husband to his 60 yr old wife and also discussed with me that we living abroad are not believing in democratic process. He was a pleasant gentleman claiming to have worked with Mr. Kalam for 3 years in NAL. I told him we never got any communication about happenings or general body or election. He ordered for a note book (log book) and showed record my correct address (Indian) - We have a skeleton office in Chennai and a few factories in India - I asked them where is the proof of me or my office receiving it (normally on delivery segnature to be taken from the recepient as proof for 21 days notice) - they could not wait to hear why I sat like this. Instead they viewed as if I have a personal agenda in asking these queries. For example I have gone thru an experience where the man who was have posted pocketed the money and tore of the mailings. When U raise thru ranks to top position like Managing Director (which is the highest beggar job in any country as he can not pass on the buck) - I was a managing director of a TVS group company umtil late eighties before migrating to USA - I have gone thru miserable experiences (incl 2 arrest warrants for taking action based on my assistant's information who were corrupt and kept me misinformed to pocket public money)- one arrest warranr for not conforming to statutory filing requirements in USA (again asst wrongly verbally informed me and there was no record for me to prove it was the assistants mistake as my insruction and his reply all were voral and not recorded.) To sum up: 1) I evicted the rogue armed tenant without an arm and with the moral support of only my wife and help line 100 (police) amazingly which the soceity or any body else could commit to do. It is not their job. It can also happen to any one of them as today north Indian gangs are only operating mostly in Tamilnadu in theft, murder, sting operations like this. The security employed by this soceity dont have any guns or weapons. Border not fenced. They all are busy fighting for titles and posts but for working together, pooling all brains, organizing lectures by police officials, safety officials, self defence classes like kick boxing etc. There is no hygenic canteen - they dont even know selling space right for tenancy to leading food outlets is a great source of revenue. 2) I paid up all his dues (some of them for long periods of uninterupted supply even when he did not pay - treasurer telling me why should they worry as they can catch owners like us for payment. 3) The president who asked me to contribute (we canceled 7 times takkal tickets in these 3-4 days) and the next day accusing me that we never allowed office to work for the past 3 days. He could have well told me the prebious day and I would have quit. continued in next comment
